CLIENT TRACK FORUM GUIDELINES

Welcome to the Client Track Forum. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. created this forum for Client Track customers to help them share and discuss questions, tips & tricks, technical errors, and suggestions on all Client Track Products. The purpose of this forum is for the enjoyment and benefit for all Client Track users and is accessible to all who register over 18 years of age or older. Like it is for other forums, there are guidelines that you must follow in the Client Track Forum. These guidelines are in place so that you know what is expected of you and what you can expect from other users when using the Client Track Forum. By registering, you agree to follow the Client Track Forum Guidelines.

1. Keep Posts Revelant

For everyone's benefit, please keep the posts revelant and on topic. The Client Track Forum was created to allow Client Track customers to help each other in using Client Track. Discussing personal matters, abusing our company or products, or, in general, from posting in a manner unrelated to the resolution of issues regarding Client Track will be deleted.

2. Keep Posts Clean

Please do not post anything unlawful, vulgar, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties. Personal attacks and harassment on users in either the Client Track Forum or through private messaging is not acceptable.

3. Keep Posts Legal

Posting any material (i) that would breach on any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, (ii) that contains software viruses or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware, (iii) that is deemed to be illegal by any local, state, federal, or international law, rule or regulation, or (iv) that suggests or encourages illegal activity is not allowed and will be deleted.

4. Keep Posts Spam-Free

The Client Track Forum is not the place to promote third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Please do not post content that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.

5. Keep Confidential Information To Yourself

Please do not provide any confidential information of you, your company, Trilobyte Solutions Inc. or any other person or entity in the Client Track Forum. You are solely responsible to ensure that anything you post does not include information that may be deemed confidential by a third party. This includes any proprietary information, trade secrets, and the terms or existence of Trilobyte Solutions Inc. related agreements, nondisclosure agreements, sales or service agreements or other information that may be deemed confidential.

6. Be Cautious

Most users are happy to help out other users in the Client Track Forum, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether to follow it. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong to you, do not try it. We highly suggest you do not post personal information in the Client Track Forum as name, address, age, or phone number. In addition, if any user asks you for specific personal information such as an account number, password or credit card number, do not provide it.

7. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. Has Right to Delete Content and Limit Users' Access

Trilobyte Solutions Inc. does not regularly edit or monitor content posted by users in the Client Track Forum. However, Trilobyte Solutions Inc. has the right, at its sole discretion, to limit users' access to the Client Track Forum and to delete content that that does not comply with the current with the Client Track Forum Guidelines or is inappropriate, harmful, or inaccurate. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. also has the right to assign some users in the Client Track Forum. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content. Moderators may take any action they feel necessary in their own judgment to support the Client Track Forum Guidelines, and, in general, prohibit content that can detract from the experience of other users or the purpose of the Client Track Forum. Such actions may include editing or deleting content and banning individual users.

Violation of the Client Track Forum Guidelines could result in the suspension or termination of your access to these services. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to sign in.

8. Signature Guidelines

A Signature is a group of text that is attached to the end of a message or post. In general, a signature is used to provide the forum users and guests with your name, business, and in some cases a closing statement. You have the option to type your signature into individual messages or use the Signature feature in your member profile settings by clicking Forum Profile Information under Member Profile category. Signature in the Forum Profile Information for user will be limited to text only with a maximum of 300 characters.

All Signatures, whether automatically attached to a message from your Member Profile, or typed separately should support to the following guidelines: They may contain a company name and/or email address, but may not contain text directing users to an external web site.

As a Client Track Forum user, if you are providing help to other users and you work for a company affiliated with Trilobyte Solutions Inc. or your company makes a product that is considered an "add-on" to Client Track, we ask that you place your company name in your signature.
 
Trilobyte Solutions Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement on intellectual property rights, or quality of any content that appears in the Client Track Forum, regardless of the user that originates that content. You expressly understand and agree that you bear all risks associated with using or relying on the content. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. will not be liable or responsible in any way for any content in the Client Track Forum, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Most of the material in the Client Track Forum will come from you, the users. Third-party content is the sole responsibility of the user originating the material. Trilobyte Solutions Inc. does not control and is not responsible for this third-party material.
