Yes.

You can do so in a few ways:

In the Address Book, you can simply drag and drop your preferred contact into either category. Client Track will automaticaly prompt you with a request stating: Would you like to copy or move this client to a new category?
Simply select copy.

If you Edit a contact (using the pencil icon), there is a check box on the first screen (below name) that asks if you would like to make this contact a personal tax client for the upcoming tax season. Check the box and the contact will automatically be copied over.

In the Personal Tax section, under the Import button, you can choose to copy over business clients using the Import Wizard.

Client Track will automatically prompt you with a request stating: Would you like to copy or move this client to a new category? then after that?

When the prompt comes up asking to "Copy or Move", you can simply click copy if you wish to have the client as both a Business Client as well as a Personal Client.  If you wish to move the client entirely from a Business Client to a Personal Client (or visversa) you can click move.
