What do I put in the software installation and upgrade plan, it doesn't really take much obviously you just get on with it so any ideas about what i could write about in the plan would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Still waiting for a resolution to this.

I have Restored my system to a prior point and uninstalled a number of the programs that I believed were conflicting with ClientTrack, but the error is still there.

I have to close the program from the task bar because the screen freezes when the error appears.  I am concerned that this may be causing bad sectors/corrupting data.

I recently purchased the software and it seemed to be running well for a day, then it began to lock up when I tried to exit.

For example, I received this error:

Run Time Error '429'
Control Array Element '0' doesn't exist

I am running Windows 7.Could this be part of the problem?

** I noticed that this seems to occur in conjunction with an error that I receive from my Brother Wireless Printer/Scanner.

Auto-notification is not filling in the fields with the information set up under the notify feature of tasks.

Windows 7 version 5.0.484
1.  I check to make sure the client information is correctly entered
2.  I check the information in the notification tab.  Email address is populated, the body is populated
3.  I go to Tools Auto Notification, the notification is populated in the notifications for the day
4.  I hit "Send" I get a blank form where all the information from step 1 above should be.

Vista version 5.0.484
1.  I check to make sure the client information is correctly entered
2.  I check the information in the notification tab.  Email address is populated, the body is populated
3.  I go to Tools Auto Notification, the notification is populated in the notifications for the day
4.  I hit "Send" it goes straight to the new email window for Outlook with all the correct information populated.

In Client Track, do these steps:

Reports - Business Tasks Reports - {Select the option you chose to produce a report}

*** UPDATE ***

Tried all your steps, the invoice was still not sorting correctly.  I went to the grouping options and selected and deselected all the options, when I picked "no grouping" again, it sorted by date correctly.  Problem solved.
